It features two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a large balcony with mountain views, and a smaller side balcony. It is only 350 meters from the sea and a 5-minute drive from the port. The space is elegant and minimalist, combining stylish classic furniture with modern details. Ideal for families or couples. The space Welcome to our bright and airy apartment in Aegina! A carefully designed 75 sq.m. home, ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort close to nature and the sea. Each bedroom features a double metal bed, a large wardrobe for convenient storage of your personal belongings, and warm wooden flooring that creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances, ready to accommodate your culinary needs. The dining area, with its elegant family-sized mahogany table, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together. In the living room, you will find two impressive modern sofas — one three-seater and one two-seater — offering comfort for relaxing moments, while the 50” Smart TV provides entertainment throughout the day. Our favorite spot in the house is the bright, spacious balcony. Bathed in sunlight in the morning and pleasantly cool in the evening, it is ideal for relaxing moments, enjoying meals, or having drinks with friends under the starry sky. Additionally, there is a smaller side balcony offering even more privacy. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Aegina, just 250 meters from the sea and a 5-minute drive from the port. Guest access Access to the apartment is easy and convenient. We are located just a 5-minute drive or approximately a 15-minute walk from Aegina Port. As soon as you get off the ferry, follow the port exit and head right along the coastal road. A few meters further, after passing the beautiful Church of Panagitsa (a well-known landmark of the island), you will reach the first intersection. Turn left there. Continue for approximately 250 meters. On your left-hand side, you will see a complex of two-story houses with tiled roofs, behind the historic building of the Kapodistrian Orphanage – Old Prison of Aegina. Parking is available on site, both on the street outside the complex and in three private parking spaces located directly in front of the middle building — where our apartment is located. To reach the entrance, walk through the paved pathway with the characteristic turquoise railings. The apartment is located in the middle building. On the left side of the entrance, you will find the key lockbox. Go up the stairs to the first floor; our apartment is the third door opposite and on the right. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor, and access is available exclusively via stairs.
